Grade:L1/L2/L3Report: Team LeaderLocation: Nerul (Navi Mumbai)Open Position: 200+Position Summary: To diagnose laptop, Run QC checks, Troubleshoot, Install OS/Drivers, Dis- Assemble - Assemble Laptops, fabricate broken body parts, Part Replacement.Job Responsibilities:- To provide technical assistance & resolutions as required- To use necessary tools and technology to repair computers/ laptop- To repair the computers/ laptops, processors, hard drives & monitors.- To replace motherboard, keypads, displays and touch panels- To repair faulty LCD screens & faulty batteries (training can be provided)- To fabricate broken plastic body parts, corners etc- To use specific tools to diagnose issues and to make recommendations for repair replacement- To test any new parts that are installed- Cloning of hard drives- To keep record of repairs & fixes for future reference.Skills required:- Thorough knowledge of laptop/Computer systems and IT component- To have hands on experience in the Chip-level repairing of Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, Motherboards, RAM, Hard Disks- Servicing BGA level- Knowledge of chip sets- Should be an expert in assembling and disassembling of laptops.- To possess excellent trouble shooting skills- Good organisation and time management skillsQualification Required:- DIP in hardware/ ITI/ BE ElectronicsEligibility Criteria:- Age 20 Years+- Pan and Aadhar card must- Ability to learnInterested candidate please share your resume at purvij.acura@gmail.comRegards,Acura SolutionPurvi
