Optimize our LCL approach, defining proper break points and conversion targets per trade lane, from provider/co-load scenarios to direct consolidation containers (DCC s). Work with the LCL Product Expert to develop the proper tools and scorecard approach to measure the execution performance of LCL product Focus on maximizing revenue and GP through upselling and cost management Drive all aspects of Compliance for the LCL Product offering which includes but is not limited to regulatory, customs compliance Lead the implementation of new processes and policies for the LCL product to improve inefficiencies and customer experience Coach, motivate and build a high performing teamShow More We are looking forMBA or equivalent preferred in Business or Supply Chain management Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience in Ocean Freight and 5 years minimum of LCL product experience.
