Job Description

Hiring Lead Analyst for a leading payments solutions company in MumbaiExperience: 7-9 years of experience in the Card IndustryQualification: B.E, MBA (preferred)Location: MumbaiResponsibilities: Performs client interviews to establish business requirements Takes responsibility for adhering to project plans, ensuring that project deliverables arecompleted on time Ability to translate business requirements into structured form (UML or other standardized analytical language) Performs gap-analysis with the assistance of other team members Performs review, analysis and evaluation of business and user requirements Writes documentation of detailed business requirements and business flows for developmentprojects Reviews all design solutions for accuracy and adherence to the business requirements Gives design input through knowledge of software and industry to ensure all accommodationshave been made Answers functional questions about the system Documents training materials and provides training if needed Researches and documents bugs, communicates issues to developers and support staff andworks the bug lists to ensure reasonable turnaround Lead and mentor junior resources where requiredRequirements:

  • 7 - 9 years of experience in the Card Industry
  • Implementation and/or client support experience with a payment switch is preferred
  • Good understanding of the key players in the card business, their roles and functions in the industry with working knowledge on the transaction acquiring and issuance side of the business
  • Extensive working experience and understanding of switching systems and ISO messaging across
  • Authorization, Clearing & Settlement for Ecommerce / POS-EMV/ Digital Channels
  • Knowledge of POS terminals applications is preferred
  • Good knowledge of back office processes like settlement, accounting and reconciliation
  • Good understanding of ISO 8583, EMV standards, PCI and PA DSS standards
  • Familiarity with Visa BASE II, MasterCard IPM clearing, RuPay Clearing and card scheme disputes and settlement process
  • Working knowledge of PIN and card verification techniques and standards and good knowledge of key and HSM cryptography (Thales/Safenet)
