Job Description

As a business Analyst the associate would be primarily responsible for creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. As a Development member the associate would be secondly responsible for development projects and occasionally to triage and fix the middleware application production support issues with a quick turnaround. The candidate should be able to quickly grasp the ever changing application environment and come up with good analysis at the times of need.

The candidate should have been involved in contributing into large and complex projects as part of development team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the architecture, design, development, integration, delivery, support and evolution of the different modules of an application.
  • Maintain efficient and effective communication and collaboration with other development teams and manage dependencies and work youre doing between various groups and ensure end-to-end integration and quality.
  • Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.
  • Need to gathers, documents, and analyzes business needs and requirements.
  • Should be able to solve business problems and, as needed, designs technical solutions
  • Own development and ownership of a robust, safe, securely accessible, highly available, and highly scalable product that, at the very least, and end-user expectations on a regular basis
  • Provides expertise in determining the strategic technical direction and system architecture for various initiatives
  • Develop and review code to ensure adherence to defined standards.
  • Resolve technical problems, create and review low level design documentation.
  • Performance tuning of the application.
  • Responsible for working with technicalfunctional leads in understanding requirements.
  • Tests code to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate.
  • Provide inputs for addressing all the technical clarifications and Adherence to Quality Processes.

Requirements

Education: B. Tech, M. Tech, MCA, any master degree from Reputed Educational Institutes

Experience : 9-12 yrs

Mandate Skills (Must Have)

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in JavaJ2EE Technologies
  • Minimum 5 years of development experience in Core JavaJ2EE, Java 8, Web services,Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JMS, SOAPRestFul Webservices, JDBC, JNDI, XML, WSDL, EJB, HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX)
  • Open source frameworks and tools (Struts, Spring, Hibernate,Log4J, SLF4J, AJAX, Maven, TDD developement using JUnit, Mockito)
  • CICD tools - Strong knowledge on Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins
  • Scheduling tools (Autosys), Shell scripts on LinuxAIX, IBM MQSeries, i2 Framework, IDE s, Eclipse
  • Writing SQL Statements, Triggers, and Stored procedures for database transactions in Oracle NOSQL Cassandra
  • Hands on experience on IBM Infosphere streams 4.2.1.6 or later
  • Experience on IBM Infosphere streams - Hadoop frame work and tools integrations
  • Strong Analytical , Problem Solving Communication Skills
  • Excellent Team player with verbal and written skills and Experience in facilitating meeting
