This position is responsible for preparing, leading and delivering efforts towards master planning and development efforts for an Airport.Position must ensure the best use of organization resources in defining, detailing and delivering planning goals, objectives, for major Aviation programs to meet and exceed the requirements for clients. Position must engage with strategic leadership within client organization and must present modern, creative, compliant, cost effective and pertinent ideas for understanding goals and objectives laid out for a major airport development program from a strategic long term planning perspective, given good balance of the technical, the leadership and the business.Specific duties include:Lead, develop and deliver master plans and implementation plans for the brownfield, existing and new Greenfield airportsEngage as planning leader with stakeholders from various government, airport departmentsLead teams of multidisciplinary planners, engineers and designers as necessary to delivery master planning outputs and servicesManage unexpected and emergency situations efficiently without letting it affect the work flowHandle or divert additional responsibilities to the competent staff to avoid delay in the projectFlexible to relocate and travel as necessary for various programs and projectUse MS office toolsets as required to prepare deliverables.Prepared high standard technical memos, functional specifications, project inception documents etc. Guide the team with the rules and policies defined by the regulatory authoritiesAbout youRelevant Bachelors Degree in Engineering, registered with the Board of Engineers15+ years experience in the aviation market, ideally with relationships with existing clientsAble to inspire and keep effective working relationship with employees and partnersTo accomplish goals with the acquired experience and planned judgementDemonstrate Leadership skills and management skillsExperience in developing client relationshipsExperience in business development and tendering for major projects in the aviation environmentExperience in developing, leading, mentoring and coaching a team of consulting staffProven network of contacts in the aviation industry.Experienced in major airports project delivery.,
