    1. Should have good amount of experience working in established and good quality organizations

    3. Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead and engage with all stakeholders
    4. In depth knowledge of BGV process , Employee Lifecycle Management and shall have a good experience in all HR Generalist activities ,
