• Lead the ICS Threat Ops team at GBS to ensure timely completion of BAU commitments within the SLAs.
• Actively engage with the ICS Threat Ops team leads in Singapore to ensure the smooth running of threat ops
• Highlight issues, escalate & resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Manage GBS resources, allocate activities and proactively manage supply & demand. Build contingency, where required to ensure uninterrupted operations per desired quality & SLA.
• Lead transition of project delivery into BAU / Threat Ops Book of work based on 2022 delivery roadmap. Prepare and maintain all the necessary artefacts required from governance perspective.
• Actively engage with ICS Ops at GBS to work collaboratively as part of the end-to-end threat-based ICS risk assessment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of ICS threat Ops & ICS TRP AE to shape up the strategy for ICS Threat Ops, reach 2022 targets, manage the BAU roadmap and ensure delivery as per the identified targets.
• Lead improvements in operations, processes, and overall target operating model (TOM).
• Actively engage with end customers i.e. ICS Threat SMEs, TDR Portfolio Management, HICS, ICS Operations to resolve operational issues with Threat Index Product.
• Support senior stakeholders in responding to audit requests, provide timely solutions and collaborate with key contributors from TDR organization to remove organizational bottlenecks.
• Participate in design discussions and propose solutions by balancing the policy requirements with technical implementation.
• Mentor the threat Ops analysts who will support business as usual activities, including reporting production and related quality assurance, as well as change request for the Banks ICS RTF program activities.
• Perform quality control activities to ensure the risk reporting teams adherence to enterprise-level and departmental-level governance and controls related to data and risk reporting activities.
• Emphasis is on activities aimed at ensuring data integrity and report accuracy, including validation of data and testing to make sure MicroStrategy reports are working as intended, and reviewing and proofreading content before a report is published.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance and data quality check procedures in support of routine and ad-hoc RTF risk reporting for governance committees, first line, CISO, business line and third line of defence.
• Prior experience in Risk reporting / Info. Security technologies / Data Analysis highly desirable.
• Experience in any of the BI reporting tool (Tableau, MicroStrategy, QlikView) is a must.
• Developing reporting requirements in MicroStrategy.

• Ensure effective prioritisation and application of best practice.
• Identify changes to plan required in terms of additional components, reprioritisation to anticipate and respond to changes

Business

• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with Chief Information Security Office teams and COO teams plus business and functions in group region and country.
• Establish and maintain working groups across domains to progress the framework roll out.
• Escalate appropriately to ensure Accountable Executive is briefed and necessary decisions are made in a timely manner

• Manage the project professionally and efficiently, closely tracking timeline commitments for provision of information and action plans, and for validation of actions taken.

Governance

• Provide support to the Head of ICS Threat Ops in reporting and governance.

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.

• Experience in Information Security in Banking and Financial services.
• One or more of the following certifications will be preferred:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • SANS Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC)
  • Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control (CRISC)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
