Ideal candidate is someone who has experimented with lots of technologies and has designed and built scalable, fault tolerant and secure products and applications.As a Lead Developer you will be working in all aspects such as solution designing, architecture, data modelling, infrastructure design, security and Dev Ops.This role reports directly into CPTO (Chief Product Technology Officer) and requires a candidate to work on multiple initiatives. It requires the candidate to be self-starter, innovative and assume large responsibilities in fast paced environment.Responsibilities:Hands on experimentation with cutting edge technologies to constantly prove new ways businesses can harness technology to improve efficiencies and processes Be a technical help for junior developers and provide mentorship and problem-solving expertise Work alongside with our experienced data analysts on data collection, statistical analysis, pattern recognition and help deploy, distribute and publish their work. Work directly with clients, BA s or Project Managers for detailing out technical specifications of the client/product requirements. Work on bids and help the company in presales efforts to win projects by demonstrating technical expertise with POC s, working prototypes, or solution designs Requirements:The ideal person for this role is a self-starter and problem-solver with an inquisitive and innovative mind and loves to add value to every process in a collaborative fashion with other teams. You must have at least3+ years of hands-on experience working as a Product/Application Developer. Prior experience with Start-ups is preferable. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic, team management, time management and project management skills. Strong diagramming and documentation skills. Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Familiarity with frameworks such as Angular, React, Typescript. Proficiency with server-side languages/technologies such as Python (Flask and Django), Java, Nginx, Gunicorn, and adept at deploying APIs/web-apps along with other peripheral components on cloud and on-premise environments. Familiarity with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc) and NoSQL/unstructured databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc). Some experience of developing and publishing Android applications.
