Job Description

    • Agile development of software and infrastructure
    • Continuous integration and automated testing of developed code with continuous delivery to production
    • Investigation and root cause analysis of software and system defects
    • Evaluation and documentation of standard tool sets.
    • Identifying and providing solutions for common needs across stakeholders
    • Working with end users and incorporating feedback into automation and stability
    • Engaging with development team, teaching operational best practices and standards
    • Ensuring code compliance against functional and non-functional requirements
    • Support internal & external customers and participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation
    • Mentor and train team members
    Who are you
    • Degree in Computing Science or equivalent
    • 9+ years experience in relevant software development and technology industry with a service operations background supporting high availability 24x7x365 environments
    • Experience configuring and using various monitoring systems at scale: Prometheus, Grafana, fluentd, Splunk
    • Experience with building and maintaining highly available systems on Kubernetes, Docker or related cloud deployment technologies in AWS/Azure
    • Experience in Continuous Integration as a principle, as well as CI tools such as GitLab, Jenkins or GoCD
    • Experience in SecOps collaboration
    • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash shell, etc)
    • Strong programming skills with 7+ of experience; Java, Scala, Golang, C/C++, Python
    • Experience with AWS with a focus on DevOps Engineering
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Experience with trouble shooting distributed applications
