Job Description

    Designation: Lead - Enterprise HR Business Partner Office Location:Years of experience: 10 to 12Position description:Job PurposeTo provide consistent HR support and advisory to the stakeholders, thereby enabling them to achieve Department / Organizational objectiveKey Responsibilities- To develop manpower plan basis organizational needs and budgetary approvals- To hire right talent in a timely manner to achieve organizational objectives- To facilitate employee onboarding, induction training and formulation of goalsheets- To conduct attrition analysis and propose necessary improvements related to policies and processes to retain the employee- To facilitate employee appraisal discussions and performance calibration- To drive employee engagement initiatives townhall, R&R, Superstars etc for enhancing employee motivation and recognition- To resolve employee grievances in fair and timely manner - To facilitate new HR initiatives by coordinating between COE teams and employeesSpecific Authorities (Financial & Non Financial)Authorised to issue offer lettersApproval upto 10,000/- on engagement related activitiesKey Performance Indicators- Attrition rate - NPS score > 50- Hiring TAT as per target >= 80%Job RequirementsQualifications MBA (in Human Resources)Functional Competencies HR Expertise : assessment skillsHR Expertise : RewardsHR Expertise : - Labour laws and Risk Management - Hiring & Employee Relations- Consulting skills- Analytical skills- Behavioral Competencies- Collaboration - Customer Centricity- Talent & Teams- Business AcumenKey Interactions Internal- Business Heads Understanding business plan, and mapping talent requirements for current and future- Teams in HO and branches (BOE) Conducting employee connect sessions to understand employee issues to provide relevant solutionsHR Shared services Coordinate with HR Ops to resolve issues pertaining to leaves, attendance, payroll , exit etc.,
