*What is the Lead Financial Reporting Analyst responsible for Knowledge on Mutual Fund Regulations and AMFI Best practice guidelinesEnsure that all daily work is performed in accordance with department policy and procedural guidelines Prepare various monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual& Adhoc Reports for Regulator as well as various stakeholders Monitoring and review of compliances with SEBI regulations & different reporting requirements Manage various Audits Internal, SEBI, Statutory Co-ordination with Fund Admin team for NAV processing etc Analysis & application of Mutual Fund Taxations, filing of TAX reports Evaluating the regulation changes and its impact to the schemesWhat are the ongoing responsibilities of a Lead Financial Reporting Analyst Providing various Monthly status reports and other ad hoc requests for the senior management Budgeting and forecasting Manage and improve day-to-day analysis and reporting Ensure that all month end and fiscal year end activities / reportings are completed accurately as per required deadlines Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction Good Excel knowledge, Analytics and data interpretations skills Good Communication skill - inter and intra department communication required, *MBA or CA with 1-3 years of experience/ Bachelor s degree with 3-5 years of experience Experience in Mutual Fund Industry Budgeting and financial forecasting Accounting Reporting
