    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns, fostering a supportive and innovative team environment.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and advancements in design technology. Integrate sustainable and cutting-edge solutions into your work to create modern, impactful designs.
