- Full time position- Salary : 10 LPA to 12 LPA (+Variable pay)(+ESOP)Skills : Fintech, bfsi, b2b partnership, Communication Skill, Presentations/SlideshowsRoles & Responsibilities : - Partner onboarding - Front-ending partner onboarding, managing expectations, tracking and ensuring that timelines are met- Account Management - Develop strong relationships with key partners, maintain connects across multiple stakeholders at the partner organization- Driving Business Volumes - Ensure growth of business from key partners by adding new products, running campaigns and taking up necessary initiatives Role : - End-to-end management of key partnerships- Develop strong relationships across the ecosystem - partners, insurers, internal teams- Manage cross functional stakeholders internally and externally- Leading and tracking projects with regular updates and timely escalations- Driving business volumes through the partner- Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience- Experience of building / managing B2B partnerships- Experience of working within BFSI / Fintech, or with BFSI/Fintech partners- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders will be preferred- Bachelors in any stream. Masters preferred- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Good at preparing presentations.Experience: 4 to 7 years- Hiring for one of our key client,
