Job Description

    - Strategize and lead the digital capability agenda across the organization across verticals for corporates and stores- Build and lay down the digital capability framework, programs and modules across functions at a group level- Review and revamp existing learning processes- Partner and work closely with the business and COEs to understand talent learning needs and implement the same- Engage with and onboard suitable vendors to develop various programs as per the identified business needs- Lead the framework for development, analysis and effectiveness across all capability programs- Lead talent management across development paths, career frameworks and increase the firms talent value proposition Skills & Experience: - 10-12 years of overall HR experience- Masters degree or equivalent from a Tier 1/ 2 institutes- Mandatory experience as a learning specialist and in digital learning in the eComm/ B2C/ retail space- Strong business acumen and understanding of eComm/ B2C/ retail industry- Ability to weigh in on learning/ talent related decisions in which the type of learning program/ methodology can be the difference between success and failureDue to heavy inflow of applications, we apologize for any delay/ no response as we will only be able to connect with shortlisted candidates given the paucity of time.,
