Job Description

Broad Role Description Lead Market Planning will be managing a team of Market Planning Managers which is responsible for capacity building and fill-factor planning and tracking. Managing strategic tie-ups with Buildings/ Exhibitions etc. for Wireline rollout and Wi-Fi. He will also be responsible for Market Planning for Wire line Services / DSL and Broadband etc. Key Role Deliverables

  • Will be responsible for driving the Market Planning KPIs for the Region
  • Will be responsible for driving the Market Planning Team members
  • Will be responsible carving out the Market Planning rollout plan for the Year
  • Will be responsible for setting-up framework for planning and optimizing network rollout for effectively cover the prospective market
  • Will be responsible for forming the regional CFT for faster Implementation of the identified potential Wireline buildings
  • Will be responsible for ensuring capacity utilization by coordinating with Marketing, Demand generation and Sales
Qualification & Experience
  • College graduate with a major in Marketing or Management
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience (including a year in a managerial role)
  • Total Experience : 10-12Years
  • 2-4 years Experience in handling Team Lead Role with on-roll team members
  • Telecommunications experience a must
  • Strong communication skills across all modes (oral, written) and excellent interpersonal skills across hierarchy (from senior management to junior team members) is essential.
  • Must have considerable sales experience, be an organized and strong negotiator, and be aware of and responsive to economic trends, government policies and commercial fluctuations
