Sourcing methodology planning i.e - type of sourcing and mode of reach out methodology to the suitable candidates. Coordinating with the team for drafting necessary advertisement, venue fixing and other formalities to execute the process successfully. Closely work with different Employment Exchanges, Education department, Government officials, NGOs, Schools, Colleges, for sourcing. Expenses planning and expenses controlling within the specified budget. Team members ground expenses submission and management. Organizing rural / NGO networks to source and screen for requisite requirements from Clients Coordinating with the client for the smooth functioning of the recruitment process. Coordinate with client for final offer, Medical Checkup, Reference checking, issuance of the appointment letter. Conduct Job Fairs and promote CEO portals Guiding and Coordinating students / candidates to employability To achieve fixed targets, as specified from time to time Maintain the candidate s records (Interview assessment sheets, Educational Certificate, Address proof, ID proof, etc.) for easy retrieval of data. Preparation of candidate database through various sources. Should Travel frequently to other Locations for Recruitment process, Customer support etc. Planning team recruitment and team training.
