A degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering. Experience 16 to 20 years with an engineering consultancy organization Relevant piping layout and design knowledge to help analyze the piping stress package, Materials and Specs knowledge Extensively worked on stress analysis using Caesar- II with thorough knowledge of relevant international & Indian codes and standards. Should have worked on complex systems involving air coolers, heaters, reactors and large pumps, Compressors, Turbines and should understand application of springs, expansion joints/ bellows, etc. Should have leadership qualities and good communication verbal and written skills so as to communicate with client and lead offices. Should be able to independently handle piping stress activities for a large project and lead a team of 20 to 25 engineers under him. Versatile experience on Piping Stress activity applicable to Oil, Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Projects Provide technical expertise and support to the Piping engineering team Independent trouble shooting approach, and mentoring team members Coordinate, monitor & control all piping stress analysis design activities towards contractors Supervise Quality, Cost and Schedule for piping discipline in a Project Support the Project/ Engineering Manager with regard to piping engineering issues ,
