Job Description

    Knowledge & Posting LocationBUSINESS ANALYSTSALES OPERATIONSMinimum QualificationB.COMBBAB.TECH/B.EBCAMCAJob DescriptionJob PurposeResponsible to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting Head of sales and sales representatives, coordinating sales activities. The sales Operations Lead responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
    • Responsible for Weekly, monthly tracking of Order booking and revenue for all service offerings of Data center and Cloud service business.
    • Sales order login in SAP and ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and completed on time.
    • Preparing Business dashboards for BH review, CEO/CFO review and supporting Head of Sales on preparing and presenting business plans for each offering and ensure these are aligned with key business objectives for the year and long-term plans.
    • Tracking key direct sales, channel sales and Inside sales metrics by measuring performance against targets and reporting variance variations against actual.
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
    • Developing and maintaining sales trackers and insight to action from excel/Sales CRM and preparing trend analysis and forecasts to assist in the Sales and marketing planning process
    • Managing Sales, marketing, Pre-Sales and Product management
    • Monthly dashboards on Sales Funnel, key Wins, Lost deal analysis and Bid management tracker.
    • Quarterly and yearly Sales budget tracking for ACV & TCV order book, review ppts.
    • Channel Incentive and Sales Incentive calculation and tracking.
    • Track marketing activities for Inbound demand generation, SEO reports and customer events and webinars.
    Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
    • 15 years of experience in Business Analyst/sales Operations.
    • Experience as a sales operation in Data center or cloud services company may be advantageous.
    • Good team development and leadership skills.
    • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, and Business analysis skills.
    • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
    • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
