Be a part of Global Research and Technology CentreExpertise in chromatography and spectroscopy for analytical method development (Qualitative & Quantitative), validation and provide technical leadership for analytical science teamExpertise in operation and interpretation of analytical technique, such as LC-MS, GC-MS-Headspace, HPLC, ICP-OES, Ion chromatographyShould have knowledge of CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic) impurities and their sample preparationShould have exposure to work in audit compliance Analytical laboratory and knowledge of ISO17025, LIMS, ELN, QbD will be advantageousStrong leadership qualities to assist for the effective administration / operation of Analytical Science laboratoryAccountable to develop strong partnerships with cross functional such as Product development, Quality, Product regulatory & Safety, third party / contract laboratory to providers and ensure rigorous and relevant analytical supportAdhere with the organization Safety and EHS practices.Accountable for implementation of Good laboratory practices & effective communication with management, colleagues, and stakeholders.KEY REQUIREMENTSEducation: Ph.D., or M.Sc.ExperiencePh.D., 4 to 6 years relevant experience (Post Ph.D. experience)M.Sc., 8 to 12 years relevant experiencePreferably from Chemical, Agrochemical, Pharmaceutical Analytical R&D or Public Testing Analytical laboratoriesKnow-how/skills:Focus on priorities and deliver lab work on timeSystematic approach for deliverableExperience in regulatory and compliance processes.CompetenciesLeadership and ProactivenessInnovative ThinkingConceptual ThinkingCommunication skillsDecision Making,
