• Install, configure, and support Evolven implementation in the SCB estate.
• Own the Tools onboarding into the Evolven tool.
• Hands on to configure each application setup in the tool.
• Be available for any operational issues.
• Perform the DR activities.
• Oversee the planned/unplanned disruption of production infrastructure to ensure accountability for building resilient
• Design, code, implement break fixes to improve service availability based on outcomes from thematic reviews
• Make sure Observability is well setup.
• Contribute in the Incident calls and provide inputs for RCA to the Problem management
• Closely work with application teams to onboard application servers into Evolven to capture config changes
• Responsible for faster production incidents resumption, root cause identification, defects fixing
Automation:
• Identify opportunities to eliminate all manual and repeatable activities (toil) via tooling and automation
• Lead/part of SRE team to enhance application and infrastructure resiliency of service through self-healing and automated failovers
• Reduce the number of repeat incidents by permanently fixing the underlying root cause of issues
• Lead, own, manage, monitor, and optimize the reliability and health of all environments
Monitoring:
• Optimize monitoring to reduce false positive alerts
• Creatively deepen monitoring capabilities leveraging the 3 tenets of observability logs, metrics, and traces
• Ensure all critical user service journeys are traceable end to end
• Ensure Production Solutions are fit for purpose. Where gaps are identified put a plan in place to uplift the toolset
Risk Management:
• Identify key issues in the business areas being supported, and based on this information, put in place appropriate controls and measures to assess, monitor, control & mitigate risks.
• Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment within Technology Services.
• Ensure support procedures are in place and adhere to Group Security & Audit policies within Technology Services.
• Active engagement with all audit issues arising in this support environment.
Capacity Planning:
• Continuously monitor service demand / capacity for any discrepancies or spikes
Data Analysis and Visualization:
• Serve as the team s Creative expert who can investigate and recommend and support delivery new visualization solutions to the needs of the business.
• Collaboratively identifies the best means to visually depict the intermediate as well as final data visualization requirements in ways to provide effective process for mining new insights and assisting in decision making.
• Perform quick data visualization studies and extract insights from data using visual analytics techniques that can help the overall understanding of data sets and problem statements relevant to business
• Works with team to translate business requirements into the design and development of dashboards, reports, and analysis as comprehensive Visualization and reporting solutions
People / Training:
• Work closely with the team to engage and develop their career aspirations.
• Setup training programs to ensure that self and team are continuously deepening knowledge of the business, technology stacks, applications, and contingency arrangements across all services.
• Responsible to implement cross-domain knowledge within the team.
• Contribute to the identification and documentation of failure points and developing solutions to address for FEMA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and ensure BCP is available to mitigate the failures.

Our Ideal Candidate Skills Primary:
• 8+ years of overall IT experience in implementation & support /Devops/SRE
• DevOps tool stack such as Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, GIT, Rundeck
• Knowledge of MS SQL database administration
• Knowledge of Operating Systems Windows Server administration, Unix/Linux
• Microsoft Windows Technical skills
• Proficiency in Data visualization and presentation
• Experience in Log aggregation/analytics tools such as ELK, Splunk
• Knowledge of Programming/scripting - Python, PowerShell, Shell Script
• Basics of Networking
• Experience in Extract-Transform-Load tools like Talend
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Good Knowledge in Incident, Change and Problem Management
Skills Secondary:
• Knowledge of Evolven Tool is Added advantage
• Knowledge of Visualization tools like Grafana, Tableau, PowerBI
• Knowledge of POSTGRES SQL database administration
• Knowledge of Chatbot (RASA)
• Basics of Proxy tools like Nginx.
• Working knowledge of Cloud platforms
• Hands on experience of using data to improve processes, client experience and risk.
• Willing to try new ways to solve problems.

• Confident, independent, and adaptable.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills.
• Understanding of statistics and related application in machine learning and data science.
• Experience in end to end analytics delivery from data ingestion to data preparation to data visualization
• Familiar with data sourcing, data capture, data transformation and data preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of databases, Extract-Transform-Load, and hands on experience / theoretical knowledge in SQL including writing stored procedures and data extraction / manipulation using queries.
Experience in Years:
• Preferably Computer Science/Technology and evidence of continuous professional development in an IT role
• 8+ years of overall IT experience in Development/Production Support/Devops/SRE
