Job Description

Business Analyst- Product Implementation Specialist Job Introduction We are looking for Product Implementation Specialist who will spearhead various client implementations and manage the entire delivery/ execution of the project. The specialist will liaison with clients to understand the business requirements, enable the team of business analysts to prepare business requirement documentation and work with our internal team to develop and implement our proprietary risk solutions efficiently on the client side. Requirements for Product Implementation Specialist: CANDIDATE PROFILE Qualifications Business Management Post Graduate, preferably in Finance specialization (MBA or equivalent) with graduation in Engineering (Computers/ IT/ Electronics & Communications) Skills Essential: Hands-on experience in either IFRS 9, Basel II / III, Credit rating models, Digital Lending solutions Experience in development & implementation of risk management products/ solutions/ systems (full SDLC) Proven leadership qualities and experience in spearheading various clients engagement Project management and liaison skills / Stakeholder management Prowess towards preparing Business Requirement Specifications, Data Specifications, and senior management presentations Strong client relationship management capabilities Good to Have: Prior experience in BFSI or Financial product or Consulting organizations Certifications such as FRM, CFA, PRM Experience of working in a Fintech or product based company Yrs of Experience: At-least 7-10 years of relevant work experience JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description: The job would involve the following (but not restricted to): Risk Management systems/ solutions- Product / Application development support Understanding client requirements, preparing the Business requirement document and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate product development. Handle end to end Product implementation Project management of complete project cycle Internal & external stakeholders management Ensuring smooth implementation of Risk frameworks & proprietary software Troubleshooting and coordination skills to ensure resolution of issues esignation & CTC will be discussed with individual candidates as per their profile and experience.
