Job Description

    - Executive Hiring is looking for a HR Transformation Leader for one of the Large MNC FMCGs, based in Mumbai.- 2 years full Time PG in HR with 8-10 years of work exp in ER/HR ( combination ) in an FMCG environment is mandatory.The role :- Partnering and supporting the HRBPs, stakeholders and line managers and driving end to end experience for employees.- To enable smooth running of operations with greater degree of customer mindset, proactivity, and strong bias for action.- Prioritization and work distribution, training & development based on future fit capabilities, performance management, career development- Provide strong support to HRBPs aligned to business- Interface with the Operations team and also other functions e.g. IT, Finance, Legal, etc. to drive simple and consistent end-to-end experiences across all HR lifecycles.- Serve as an agile and flexible resource on managing HR related issues, while serving as a change agent- To Coach on management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes.- Lead change management efforts to work on better integrated technology landscape.- In case this of interest to you, please upload your resume mentioning CTC.For any further clarity on this, please feel free to reach out to Sanjoy @ + 91 9046968619.,
