Job Description

    Position: Leadership Role-Fund End Use Monitoring Role:- To play a leadership role in setting up and leading a team for End use Monitoring of funds raised through IPOs- Ensure that IPO Proceeds are being used for stated purposes- Do periodic collection, analysis of information and due diligence on fund end use- Help in setting up the function- Build a team- Work closely with regulators Requirements:- MBA/ CA- 10-20 yrs of experience, preferably at a Bank/ NBFC/ Financial institution with experience in monitoring end use of funds- Good experience tracking fund use across multiple Industries.- Prior experience in leading teams- Good communication skills- Good stakeholder management skillsLocation: MumbaiThis position is for a Client of Vertex which is a leading Rating Agency,
