In simple words, we make the entire process of delivering parcels and smiles to customers easy for eCommerce sellers.Our services extend to more than 26,000 pin codes across the country. How does that sound for an expansion Haha!Sounds pretty cool, doesnt it We know!Who are we on the lookout for Weve got an eye out for dedicated Learning & Development Managers who enthusiastically love what they do. Working on projects for our organization, someone who knows about trainings, and is creative (without hitting a curb on ideas) is an ideal addition to our workplace.Effective tactics to deal with technical difficulties are always a plus.Who can apply Think youve got it in you Lets check the requirements:
1. Just some proven experience as an LD Manager, Training Manager or similar to that.
2. An up-to-date knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
3. Tell us you already know the nooks and corners of e-learning platforms and practices.
4. If you can ace project management and budgeting!
5. MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) are your superpowers!
6. If your experience matches your degree, say a BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field then thats a cherry on the top.
7. Well love you even more if you have a Professional certification (e.g. CPLP).
What duties does the job involve During your time as a learning & development manager on our ITL team, you need to have:
• Maybe make a few friends while youre at it Build rapport with employees and vendors.
• If you can talk the talk, you can walk it too! Master verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentation skills that leave us wanting more!
• Become a chameleon for a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Choose research training options and alternatives that suit us the best!
• Get the juices rolling, by designing creative + effective training & development for implementation.
• Help us, help you so that together, we can build a customer centric culture!
• Brainstorm strategies for training and implementation to build stronger teams across the department.

What you must also know:The first 3 months will be an internship or training period for the introduction of technologies used at ITL.After a period of 3 months, candidates will be offered a full time position to work with usAny person that is offered a full time position must complete a period of at least 2 years of working with us.
