Required young, smart Legal professional for fast growing consumer durables co.--------------------------------------------------

  • Position: LEGAL EXECUTIVE
  • Reporting: Saki Naka (near Metro station), Andheri East
  • Products: Consumer durables & appliances
  • Salary: Upto 3 lakhs all inclusive
  • Other Benefits: PF, Bonus etc
  • Work week: 6 days (Sundays off)

  • The co. is part of a fast growing group of cos. which manufacture, market and export a range of consumer durables and appliances, Induction Cookers, Irons, Air coolers, Gas Stoves, Hand Blenders, Water heaters, Wet Grinders, Mixer Grinders, Tower Fans, Food Processor, Emergency Lights, etc).
  • These products are sold under a well known brand name within India and are also exported to several countries.
  • The co. has multiple manufacturing facilities across Maharashtra and Gujarat and offers good work environment
  • It has a nation-wide network of dealers serviced by a professional team of sales and service field force.

CANDIDATE DETAILS / PROFILE
  • MaleGraduate + LLB with 3-7 years experience
  • Good Communication and Co-ordination skill
  • Good Presentation Skill
  • Well versed with Corporate Law
  • Experience in legal departments of corporates / cos. preferred. Smart law graduates from Legal firms and interested in making a career in corporates may also be considered on merit
Responsibilities
  • Preparation and drafting of agreements
  • Negotiating, reviewing and drafting various types of contracts
  • Co-ordination with other departments/branches
  • Maintaining proper documentation related to legal matters
  • Track and monitor all correspondence with the statutory authorities
  • Systematically record and maintain all legal records
  • Contract and document management, including summarization and rating of Contracts
  • Managing litigation matters and other legal issues
  • Responsible for preparation and standardization of legal documents / agreements/processes as required for different departments.
  • Perform any other tasks required for executing legal work.
  • Facilitate the entire life cycle of a contract.
  • Attending court as and when required.
