Their solutions benefit clients in areas of strategic alignment, business acumen, leadership and salesJob Title: Learning Experience Designer and Project Manager Management Consulting - MumbaiROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESManage the design and development of digital learning content products to support contemporary solutions. Script/Review high-impact, intelligent content. Liaise with consultants to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate solution design. Work with internal production, technical development, and QA teams to develop content solutions. Manage design and development projects with multiple vendors Monitor and track project progressKey Skills:Mandatory: Minimum experience of 10 years in digital content development for e-learning/training industry with 3-5 years in a managerial role. Familiarity, comfort with financial/management subjects. Experience in various formats; audio, video, animations etc. Expertise in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other authoring tools. Ability to visualize business aspects of solutions. Experience in designing content for mobile devices and touch interfaces. Demonstrable innovation in development of content solutions. Effective speaking, writing, presentation, and judgment skills to work with people at all levels within the team and external to the team.
