Job Description

    Dear candidate ,We are hiring for DGM- General & Legal ComplianceWork Experience Required : 12- 15 YearsSalary : - Upto 45 LPALocations: MumbaiQualification : (L.L.B/ L.L.M) from Retail industry/ Legal/ Solicitor firmROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Monitoring compliance by the Company of laws in its day to day operations (Labor Laws, Legal Metrology, Shops and Establishment Act, Trade Licenses, etc.).
    • Liaising with the government departments for licenses, registrations and queries / notices received.
    • Preparation of complaints, notices, petitions (criminal, consumer, summary suit), etc. and filing the same with relevant judicial authorities and complying with the procedural requirements thereafter
    • Addressing and addressing queries related to various areas of Law such as Civil and Criminal Law, Consumer Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, Property Law, Tax, Labor laws, Information Technology Act, Privacy Laws
