Job Description

    Position - Legal Manager.1 Main Duties and Responsibilities:-To organize, plan , schedule, identify advocates for Arbitration proceedings , overview and monitorthe Arbitration proceedings including vetting of the necessary documents pertaining to the Arbitralproceedings.-Independent Handling other litigation and non litigation matters wrt NCLT, DRT, Small Causes,Cooperative Courts, Chief Metropolitan Court.2 Requirements-LL.B./ LL.M.-Indepth and upto date Knowledge of Arbitration && Conciliation Act, IBC (Insolvency &&Bankruptcy Act) including knowledge of working of Committee of Creditors, , RDDBFIAct, MCS Act and other civil and corporate laws.-Possess Excellent drafting skills for drafting agreements, civil applications, applications beforeNCLT, DRT && High Court and Arbitration .-Briefing and co-ordination with senior counsels.-Having appeared and argued before --- NCLT, Arbitrator, DRT, High Court, Metropolitan MajistrateCourt , Co-operative Court, CMM , DM etc.-Having exposure of working with reputed Counsels in various courts.-Being abreast with notifications issued by Government, judgements passed by Hon. High Court,Supreme Court.
