Role Overview:Expertise in deployment and implementation of SumTotal Learning Management Systems. System administrator responsible for devising optimal learning solution, recommend, deploy and configure the SumTotal system based on business requirements.Proactively work with project lead and vendor to recommend priorities, develop standard work, and implement best practices for access, tracking, and reporting learning activities across the organization.Conduct thorough needs analyses to assess the current state, identify the key performance and skills/knowledge gaps. Develop a business case and translate needs into well-documented requirements.Proficient in SumTotal domain and organization creation, data import and mapping form Workday to create learner profiles. Configure security roles, permission, profiles, notification templates in production tenant.Configure adhoc advanced reporting domain and data fields. Build custom reporting dashboards for business functions.Manage and guide course deployments, setup and administration.Manage integration, dataflow with Workday, Oracle, SharePoint and other downstream applications.Drive & Manage data migration ETL processes from legacy applications. Ensure data and course build is conformant with the current tool and satisfies business requirements.Manage LMS ServiceNow ticketing and resolve technical issues during implementation, UAT & go-live.Proven team player. Ability to manage stakeholder s relationships. Skilled at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done and understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow.Possess strong process and project management skills.
