Job Description

  • Laising with the client for the getting the deeds/ documents pertaining to the property to be mortgaged Laising with the client for the getting the deeds/ documents pertaining to the property to be mortgaged Initiation of search and valuation reports to advocate and valuer Laising with Central CAD for getting the TSR and valuation cleared Getting approvals from credit and legal for any deviation of TSR and valuation wherever applicable Preparation of MOE and getting the same cleared from Central CAD Intimating the client for vaulting the property deeds in banks custody and updating in mortgage register Creation of PRP ID in CLIMS system and scanning of the property deeds in CLIMS Follow-up with Central CAD for getting the mortgage updated and deferral closure.
