Job Description

    We are Import/Export leading trading firm. We require for our Transport Department - Logistics coordinator with atleast 4 years experience. This is a full time permanent job and should work from our office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai.Graduation is compulsory.Job Involves1) Manage Vendors(SL, FF, Transporter)2) Maintain catalog of all vendors - citywise with SWOT analysis3) Negotiate the best rates with vendors from time to time4) Participate regular discussions / meetings with coordinators; follow up with suppliers for Loading5) To ensure exceptional costs are kept under control, escalate to the concern authority for resolution6) Gathering of proofs for dispute invoices & to evaluate the same.7) To ensure maximum number of booking through INTTRA.8) To enhance the usage of SPOT booking to control costs.9) Maintain D&D containers Tracker - long standing container10) Analyse Incident logs
