Logistics Executive Preferred Educational Qualification : Graduate Engineer having 5 to 15 years of working experience (preferably in a MNC) operating in Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer & Steel Industry in the field of Project Procurement, Expediting and Logistics Function, out of which Logistics experience should be for at least one completed Project including both Export / Import Logistics and Domestic Logistics. Persons having Experience in handling Logistics & Procurement for Projects in the Capital Goods Industry may also apply. JD: Import Export: Familiarity with Incoterms, Import / Export Formalities, Hands on knowledge of Customs Clearance Procedures. Fully aware about taxation in India (GST), various RBI guidelines / rules for Import / export. Inland Transportation: Know various transportation options for transportation of goods within India, statutory requirements (Entry tax, sales tax etc) for various states, Escorts. Carry out route survey by self / though agency, if required. Project Transportation: Conceptualize the requirements for various categories of transportation for the project; prepare roadmap for implementation and execution of the same, Knowledge of ODC and OWC transportation Procurement for Logistics: Prepare RFQ and scope, obtain offers, analyze offers, prepare note for internal approval, prepare and release PO. Monitor budget vs actual. Implementation: Oversee implementation of various cargo movements i.e. Road transportation, Sea-cargo, Air-cargo. Co-ordination between various internal / external agencies i.e. Commercial / Finance Department, Vendors / Sub-vendors, Logistics Service Providers & Customer. Completion of documentation and Closure of Project. Other requirements: Service providers for other related services (express cargo, train/air transportation), Shall be able to study, analyze and comment various reports (feasibility, route survey, marine survey, plant relocations), study and suggest proper packaging for movement of cargo, Knowledge of SAP and QA system Interested Engineers call us on - 022 41556168 / 169 for more details ,
