Job Description

  • Analyze the purchase request from the user departments and provide assistance in finalizing specification
  • Determine the appropriate method of procurement, seeking quotations and finalizing supply agreements in a clear and concise manner.
  • To maintain optimum inventory to manage costs and availability to ensure smooth operations
  • To review and propose ideal logistics routes pan India for movement of specimen to maintain lowest TAT for increasing business efficiency and offerings.
  • Identify and establish contracts with mailing companies for in-bound and out-bound logistics.
  • To ensure high standards of packaging, transportation conditions are maintained for in-bound and outbound logistics.
  • To ensure stationary requirement of employees are met with best quality material.
  • To participate in creating and pushing promotional to the market along with Marketing team.
