Job Description

Verygoodknowledgeofthe offshorevesselscrewrequirementsandseafarersspecifications, frequent offshore vessel crew change operations.
Co-ordinating with clients / Vessel crewing officers to have a crew relief plan (Rota) in place.
Set-up and arrange crew changes in co-ordination with Master & agents. Preferably should have good exposure to ground logistics in Europe & UK.
Knowledge of joining documentation, Visa & transit rules and requirements, Flag State Licensing Documentation, Third party correspondence pertaining to offshore fleet

Exposure in the preparation of offshore employment contracts / Seafarer employment agreements . Proficient in day-rate contracts.
Handling crew logistics and operational task involved in the process. Carrying all the documentation of newly joined seafarer
Should be experience is carrying our frequent crew changes efficiently . Suitable for offshore operations.
Active monitoring of ongoing crew changes and continual solution-based communication with all stake holders
