Job Location: Mumbai Salary up to 25L to 50L (can be discussed) Position Summary: Head - Business Finance will be responsible for annual business planning , budgeting and cost control , MIS , working capital management , banking relationships and debt management as well as decision support. Overall Weightage Key Criteria Weightage Business planning & cost control 25% MIS and managing investor requirements (equity fund raising experience would be a plus) 15% Experience in managing high growth companies 10% Banking relationships & debt management 10% Working capital management 10% Pharma / tech (online B2C) industry experience 10% Entrepreneurial / Commercial acumen 10% Communication skills 10% Principal Accountabilities: Lead the annual business planning / budgeting exercise and monitor actual performance to drive achievement of plan Implement systems and processes for monitoring costs Support CEO and departmental heads in decision making on various transactions Generate MIS and other investor reporting requirements to facilitate effective management decision making process Manage banking relationships to ensure effective debt management Drive efficient working capital management Qualification Required: CA with Business Finance experience of at least 9 - 10 years Role Requirements: 1. Should have worked in the business finance function with fast growing companies , experience in online B2C or pharma sector will be an added advantage 2. Should have experience in handling external investors (equity fund raising experience will be preferred) 3. Should have strong relationships with banks domestic as well as MNCs 4. Commercial acumen to build business plans and support complex decision making 5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels of staf,
