Job Description

    Hi!Greetings From MNR SolutionsUrgently Hiring forOperations Manager for Leading Media GroupJob Location-MumbaiDuties and Responsibilities:
    • Liasoning and coordination with venues, vendors, agencies, third party providers, supplier etc.
    • In-depth venue research for multiple events and updation of database on venue contacts and collating various inputs before finalizing the right venue basis multiple factors
    • Collation of creative inputs and costs sheets from multiple agencies
    • Track and manage incoming invoices and follow-up for payments
    • Managing event set-up and pre-event production on-site for all events
    • To implement cost saving measures so as to maximize the profitability of the event.
    • Delivering quality while adhering to strict event timelines.
    • Internal & External Contacts:
    • Internal Work closely with various departments
    • External Vendors, Agencies, Suppliers, third party providers.
    Requisite skill-set :
    • Strong connect with local and pan-India vendors and agencies
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized and strong time management skills with an ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
    • Should be able to communicate with multiple teams across the board and be able to multi-task + possess excellent time management skills
    • Should possess high integrity and moral values
    • Graduate in any field with knowledge of MS Office and basic Photoshop skills
    • Should be meticulous and have an eye-for-detail
    • High ownership & action orientation
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing event environment
    • Sound Computer Skills using a computer working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
    Note: Candidate from Media and Advertisement Industry would be prefer.
