Hello,Greetings from U & I holidays!!Urgent opening for the post of Accounts Head at Sakinaka Andheri Location.Day to day accounting entries i.e Sale / Purchase / Bank receipt & Payment Vouchers/ Journals in tally E.R.P 9 up to Finalization.Scrutinizing/ Review of Debtors & Creditors ledger and preparation of Sales & Purchase summary weekly/ monthly wise as per requirement basis.Reporting to Proprietor for Debtors Outstanding and follow up with customers.Checking for proper bills processing of all vendors and express, their payments after proper deduction of TDS, discount if any.Proper and Timely Remittance of TDS, VAT after set off calculation, PT to Govt. treasury.Handling banking transaction including reconciliation of the same.Ensuring maintenance of proper Tax records.Bank Reconciliation, Debtors & Creditors Ledger Reconciliation.Direct TaxComputing of Total Income & Filling of Income Tax returns of Individual, Firms & Companies.Receiving input data from client, TDS working for Salary & Non Salary and Filling Returns.Indirect TaxMiscellaneous working required from time to time such as sales tax & PT registration, PAN & TAN application Service tax registration works etc.Filing of periodic GSTR 3B & GSTR 1.Filing of periodic VAT, CST & Service tax returns of various states as per provisions of relevant state VAT regulations.Making applications and obtaining statutory declaration forms(C-Form, F-Form, H-Form) under CST ActAssisting in preparation of VAT Audit reports and annual returns of various states as per provisions of relevant state VAT regulationsVAT calculation and furnishing monthly/ Quarterly VAT returnHandling the team size of 10-20Team member.Interested Candidate please contact on 9152094318 or share your updated resume on hr@uandiholidays.comRegards,Sapna|HR
