Job Details:Reports to M&S Team LeadPosition Title and number of Direct Reports NoneThis position internally works closely with PS Delivery (Banking)Account management team, Sales and Engineering SupportExternal vendors and customersAll customers in ThailandEssential Functions:Interacts with account management team and the customer, when the customers issue cannot be resolved directly by first level SupportProvides technical assistance and support to customers if issues are encounteredAnalyzes issues as described by the customer through log files, testing, reverse engineering and determines the best course of action to resolve.Builds and tests the solution, deploys it to the clients environments, and validates the resolution.Provides status updates to clients on a regular basis.Includes all appropriate departments to facilitate a successful resolution to any client issue.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor degree or above in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.A minimum of 3-5 years professional qualified experiences in a medium or large private or corporate practice.Fast learner.Proficient in both spoken and written English.Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently but enjoy team working environment.Strong analytical skills and task management skills.Able to meet tight deadlines with good time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication is required to communicate with internal and external customersAbility to manage expectations of self and others.Excellent positive customer service skills.Able to go to customer site and travel oversea with short notice.Experience in bank, financial or ATM industries would be benefits.Good relationship.
