Job Description

Job Brief:

  • The Management Trainees responsibilities include but are not limited to completing all assigned tasks and performing duties for various business verticals, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records and preparing documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • The responsibilities include working closely with Business Head to prepare comprehensive action plans, business analysis reports, MIS reports and budgets for projects.
  • Performing various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial/legal queries.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information flow
  • Be the point of contact for any employee related issues, grievances, documentation, etc.
  • Overview office emails in a timely manner and inform HOD for any urgent matters that need to be completed on priority.
  • Liaise with internal external teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assist with data collation and preparation of business budgets
  • Prepare various reports such as MIS reports, business analysis reports, etc.
  • Basis report finding conduct SWAT analysis and present to management.
  • Oversee clientele: Client feedback for services rendered, make sure that client needs are met as per business / projects SOP.
  • Keep a strong track on recoveries, invoice timelines and commercial status updates.
  • Follow-up on all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities by self initiative.
  • Open to observing and learning from experienced staff members.
  • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Following all company regulations, health and safety codes.
  • Document control for assigned business verticals and frequently updating records
  • Ultimately, the duties are to ensure that all business verticals / project work assigned are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Qualification Work Experience:

  • Qualification: MBA in any discipline (Mandatory)
  • Total experience including internship minimum 1 year
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PP, MS-Outlook, etc.)
