Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Manager- Accounting, FP&A & Project Management - MEALCorporate Reporting & Budgets - Preparation for Quarterly Board Presentation - Preparation for Quarterly Finance Review with ED , Monthily reviews with COE - Enterprise Risk Management. Quarterly updates / Review with ASEC & CRC - Monthly Statutory Compliance certificate to Corporate Accounts - Working on Quarterly Analyst Expectation & management responses - Ensuring Implementation of Processes & Control in MEAL - taking base from M&M ProcessesSupport to M&M : -Financial Analysis of subsidary (MEAL) - Corporate Reporting related to MEALProject Management : -Overseeing projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting, and revenue and expenses -Assisting departments in creating and managing forecasts and budgets for various projects -Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time -Establishing appropriate internal controls and project governance -Supporting design and execution of the implementation process, including business requirement gathering, process documentation and solutions design -Implementing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to the new process Experience 5-6yrs Industry Preferred Qualifications C.A/I.C.W.A.I General Requirements Job Segment: Automotive ,
