Job Description

  • Responsible for planning one s own accounts activity so as to enable to execute the work in a systematic and organized manner
  • Responsible for monitoring entry daily money transactions into journal
  • Responsible to manage the day to day accounting transactions and operational activities of the head office and braches.
  • Identify and develop cost efficiencies and process improvement opportunities throughout the organization.
  • Maintain and control day to day financial activities within budget as per planned
  • Strategic implementation of annual budget plans to ensure maintenance of day to day activities, requirement of internal departments, business expansion plans and credit control
  • Prepare the annual budget and profit and loss performance by business units and on consolidated basis.
  • Monitor and Coordinate with branch activities and credit evaluation, order processing and verify discrepancies in orders
  • Maintain and prepare accuracy of general, revenue and expenditure ledgers
  • Ensure financial and administrative functions are performed in an efficient and timely manner by managing workloads, monitoring and developing work systems, determining priorities, development and implementing policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure administration and monitor all financial and accounts accounts include credit control and right financial regulations and controls are in place and in proper utilization.
