Job Description

    Level : Manager/AssociateRole : Person will report to the Head of Algorithmic Trading, Institutional Equities and be responsible for the following :1) Liaising with sales trading, sales teams and external clients for requirement gathering, creating BRS, FSD, etc2) Working with the Algorithmic Trading team to create Process Flowcharts, Data Dictionary, User Manuals, etc. for our Trading Algorithms3) Responsible for Algorithm Quality Control by Functionality Testing4) Handling external agencies like SEBI, Exchanges, Auditors, etc5) Experience 1-5 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst Experience in the Capital Markets domain with exposure to Algorithmic Trading or Institutional Broking6) Exposure to Equities, Equity Derivatives or Currency Derivatives BA working closely with Traders, Quants and Algo Developers Education - MBA or equivalent in Financial MarketsSkill set :1) Knowledge and hands-on experience in Documentation for Equities, Derivatives, Currencies and Other Exchange Traded Securities in Indian Markets2) Understanding to Trading lifecycle of Indian Exchanges3) Working knowledge of Algorithmic Trading4) Good understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle, Business Requirement Specification, Technical FSD and User Manuals Documentation5) Hands-on with Visio and any UML tool preferredSoft Skills :1) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills2) Ability to think out-of-the-box and visualize rare testing scenarios3) Passion for capital markets,
