Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and their needs and develop a robust strategy to make communication campaigns successful. Combine innovative communications strategy and digital technology including new interactive communication capabilities and channels as well as gamification techniques to revolutionize how we engage with our associates. Create tools to measure and evaluate communications effectiveness. Timely completion and launch of critical communications. Feedback from key internal partners and impact of contribution and impact on regular basis. Champion content and channel strategy. Create content for local and global publications (as appropriate) of news and communicate at ideal frequency to drive demand, visibility, recognition and alignment. Associate Engagement - Culture, branding, and eminence: Support associate communications for India organization. Collaborate with both India communications leads, Global corporate communications and other groups, to utilize opportunities for raising internal cultural and business awareness about our capabilities in India. Create content for internal publications e.g.: campaigns & events to communicate about India capabilities to drive culture and visibility. Support Leaders for associate engagement both strategic and tactical interventions town halls, seminars, exhibition, presentations, photoshoots etc. Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: 10-12 years of experience. Strong written and spoken English. Creative, innovative and adept at concept development, and taking ideas into action. Strong project management and organizational skills. Inclusive in approach, sharing expertise and offering support across all teams. Ability to use digital platforms to implement campaigns. Understanding and experience of using analytics to benchmark communications activity. Ability to appraise and test new ideas and proposals for viability and impact collaborative and mutli-tasker. Desirable: Bachelors/Masters in Mass Communication, with specialization in digital communications, design and content creations/story telling. Why consider Novartis 799 million.
