Job Description Responsible primarily for ATM Solution Management and has deep knowledge on Prepaid and Debit Transaction flowUnderstand Business Requirements as per the need in the ATM arena with capability to work on functional documentation covering product solution etc Requirement elicitation phase for Software Development under the purview of ATM (Health Monitoring & Interface Development)
  • Understand the Business Requirements (implicit and explicit).Capability to create User Stories, FRS, CPD & SRS is a must
  • Scope Planning
  • Scope Definition
  • Detail Scope and assumptions as well as constraints
  • Detail out of scope requirements
  • Release the scope document with stakeholders
  • Review and Sign-off from stakeholders
Product Enhancements
  • Identify product enhancements opportunities
  • Drive the entire product enhancement project in line with Business
  • Managing Product Demos & Presentation to the customers
Essential Components of the Profile
  • Experience in Payment Card Industry is must
  • Experience in Requirement Management and Business Analyst Position
  • Ability to understand implicit and explicit requirements
  • Ability to understand the Payment products and converting requirement into product solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute successfully
  • Dedicated team player who is both self-directed & willing to multi task on various projects
