Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and result oriented Business Development Manager to help us grow the business within our existing clientele and tap the potential opportunities. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply a suitable and effective sales / BD strategy. The key goal of the position is drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities: Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gains and customer satisfaction. Conducting market research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arranging business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the companys product / services addressing or predicting client objectives. Sign off on a sales target and meet and exceed the same with agreed profitability. Keep complete records and analytics of client sales, future opportunities and revenue opportunities including continued mining with existing clients. Build long term, trust worth relationships with all customers. Prepare sales contract / commercial documents for customer assignments in line with the company policies. Co- ordinate and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and build strong commercial relationships. Keep records of sales, revenue, receivables etc. and make sure respective targets are met. Provide trust worthy feedback and after sales support. Requirements Proven working experience as a business development manager in services and products. Ability to interact and communicate with C level in the client organizations. Proficiency in MS Office and English. Strong ability to do services specific market mapping and thus priorities potential to get business from respective customers. ABC analysis of market segments and ability to build suitable strategy. Ability to build strong customer rapport and sustain and grow accounts. Communication and negotiations skills. Time mgt. and planning skills. Post graduate in Business administration, sales or relevant field. Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. in line with the market and commensurate with the relevant experience.
