The standalone role is centralized in the organization with the goal to act as a Finance expert and partner for the entire India organization. The candidate is engaged to drive and to respond to all finance related topics including close interaction with Sales stakeholders. The manager Business Finance will be responsible for all financial analysis and planning with the goal to build a robust and proactive finance organization to achieve the established targets and growth.As Finance leader you will be responsible for execution and follow up on the day to day finance activities, including financial analyses, month end closing, forecasting/ budgeting and oversee the entire India P&L (including local entities) covering top line, Opex and GP/OP analysis. In this role you will be working closely with FP&A and Business Control team located in Europe to provide the necessary information and input to support the planning and control activities. Acting as a Business Partner for the India General Manager and the Sales organization is part of the role to ensure all risk and opportunities are covered and translated into the P&L. Furthermore, you will be acting as advisor and first point of contact for the Accounting team based in Mumbai to provide guidance and support.Core Responsibilities

• Partnering with the commercial teams to prepare the monthly forecast for orders, revenues, operating expenses, capex and working capital and monitoring actual monthly performance with analysis of deviations;
• Drive cost efficiency and conducted full P&L analysis including margin, GP, Opex and OP;
• Track the company s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement, propose changes and implement;
• Support, challenge and exercise independent control on the commercial performance and organization to facilitate profitable core growth and achieve targets & lead efforts to reduce expenses and optimize Operating Profit;
• Manage independently specific projects related to the India organization and interact with a wide range of stakeholders on regional and global level;
• Support building and reviewing business cases to enable high quality decision making within the region;

• Critical Success Factors:

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, a proactive mentality and ability to perform well under pressure.
• CPA or equivalent
• +2 years experience in FP&A. Minimum level of experience of 4-6 years in a financial environment in an all-round independent position where all financial aspects are handled;
• Self driven, self sufficient, independent mindset
• Resilience and strong mindset to navigate as sole finance business controller in a commercial environment
• Capable of communicating precisely and effectively with internal stakeholders including cross-functional alignment;
• Showing integrity, having a critical mind and attitude;
• Pro-actively identifying business opportunities and risk assessments
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge. Oracle, PBI and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Ability to analyses multiple sources of data, make connections and create high quality solutions by using DBS tools (Danaher Business System);
