Needed Skills / Experience :- Business understanding and acumen- Experience of working with analytics tools such as RPAs, Tableau, Power BI- SAP / Oracle- Ability to handle big and complex data- Strategic bend of mind- Management Accounting knowledge- Strong excel and Powerpoint skillsKey Responsibilities :- Developing analytical reports and insights on financial performance using latest technical tools- Constructing IT enabled dashboards for F&A reporting - Compiling standard monthly MIS covering all financial parameters- Interface for Investor Relations for AFS and handling queries of Analysts community.- Developing quarterly investor messaging and handling the Analyst Call and Media briefing for quarterly results- Managing capex approval process as defined in the Capex Delegation Matrix & ensuring adherence to financial gateways & returns- Projects on predictive and prescriptive analytics at AFS- Budgetary control and key variance analysis across the AFS businesses- Scenario Planning and Enterprise Risk Management - Running cost optimization projects across all AFS businesses & horizontal deployment of best practises- Running special, high-impact projects driven by AFS CFO & Executive Directors Office- Monitoring performance for all Group Companies of AFS, both domestic and international, against agreed deliverables,
