Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    • Partner with stakeholders, users to elicit and Document business requirements, Prepare BRDs, RFPs & translates nontechnical requirements into technical l business requirements.
    • Communicate with internal colleagues for understand the needs of the organization.
    • Partner with business departments teams to define and document business requirements for existing processes & new processes. Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
    • To create a detailed business analysis, outline the problems, opportunities and to find the premier solutions for a business, by using optimum utilization of the resources.
    • Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and works with business teams to uncover unmet business needs along with GAP Analysis
    • Mapping and tracing data from system to system in order to solve a given business or system problem.
    • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
    • To analyze variance system for reducing a managing risk and provides key insights, to help the management in taking prompt and feasible decisions.
    • To Perform a feasibility analysis for project delivery timeline.
    • To find a reasons and plausible solution to fill a gap between users and product.Identify improvement opportunities (reactive and proactive)
    • To act like project manager, product manager. Coordinate the project team members regularly, to review the delivery status and deadlines
    • Build Detailed scenarios which will be usable while testing.Test the product developed as per the requirements.
    Experience 8 to 10 years Industry Preferred Qualifications B.E Computer Science/ IT with Preferable MBA General Requirements
    • Should be good in analytics, S&CO Processes like Presales, Sales, After Sales, & all customer centric processes with good communication skills.
    • Experience leading and implementing Retail systems, Digital Platform, analytics delivery projects, from assessment, requirements gathering, project planning through delivery.
    • Hands on experience into handling data driven decisions , MS Office , Presentations
    • Self driven and can able to stretch extra mile to achieve project targets
    • Experience in working with senior decision makers.
    • Analytical thinking and problem solving
    • Interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to work under pressure.
    • Good understanding of Information technology.
    • Being detail-oriented.
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point of time.
    • Should be expert in creating Flow charts , process maps
    • Should have understanding of Data bases and Basic understanding of how integration between different system works
    • Should be able to create the possible scenario s and do manual testing
    • working knowledge of Cloud hosting
