Job Description

The position will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales, revenue and cost data globally. The data and reports generated will assist Senior Management in decision making with regard to resource allocation, team productivity and performance against targets set in the annual operating plan. Summary Of Functions:Source, analyze, and present global sales data to enable the team to track performance against AOP. Key performance measures includeMonthly new sales, upgrades, downgrades, renewals and terminations Total and new revenue by account manager and sales teams globally vs. targets Revenue by customer and customer segments Productivity analysis of sales teams and individuals Lead process improvement projects regarding Financial revenue and Commission reporting Leading the AOPM (automated forecast) project Lead annual sales target setting exercise across all regions Review monthly revenue reports from Finance and provide details on any anomalies (large unexpected losses/ credits, revenue swings, missing info, etc.) Act as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for the all quota- bearing account Managers for resolving revenue credit issues with regard to commissions Production of the monthly report for Senior Management review including developing revenue trend/ forecast models based on new sales and the existing sales funnel All of the above will require interaction with all sales teams, the Financial Planning and Analysis team and Sales Governance. QualificationUniversity degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance. Minimum of 4+ years Telecommunications or related industry experience. Solid experience in managing financial data. Strong skills in using Microsoft Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Superior ability to analyze and synthesize information. ,
