Brand - Marketing Manager- Developing and implementation of annual and quarterly calendar of marketing activities in line with business strategy.- Key role includes devising brand communications and thereby aligning with key stakeholders (interface) and agencies (creative, media - ATL / BTL) for planning and execution of brand plan.- Competitor comparison and product benchmarking.- Identifying target segments and understanding client requirements.BTL : Increasing Counter level visibility through branding and merchandising, Exhibitions, On Ground Activations, Product launches and other innovative activitiesBudget Planning :- Designing and executing training modules, schemes, events, conferences & BTL activities for channel partners.- Handling on ground activations and visibility campaigns- Visiting markets PAN India to understand internal and external business challenges and develop strategy to overcome the same.Candidate Requirement :- Full time MBA - From PREMIUM B Schools Candidates from : Consumer Durable / Electrical Fittings / Paints / Building Material / Glass / Lubricant can applyMumbai Local, West Zone Based working candidates only preferred,
